1) What is Proper Soccer?

Proper Soccer is a group of collectors who for more than 20 years have been collecting pieces that commemorate or symbolize historical moments of Mexican and international soccer.

More than 20 years ago we started in the world of collecting in Mexico and consequently we expanded ties to the main markets that generate and consume soccer: the United States, England, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Argentina and China.

This rewarding experience has connected us with collectors, former soccer players, staff and professional soccer teams around the world in relation to the exchange, purchase, sale or simple information of historical pieces.

2) In social networks I find collectible pieces at low prices. What use is Proper Soccer?

We are convinced that Facebook and Instagram work well to locate interesting articles, however they carry many risks such as:

Fake profiles, the apparent owner does not have the piece, stolen photos are used to promote profiles or worse still sell, publications are lost over time, sellers do not respond to messages or get upset if they are asked questions; even when there are groups of collectors that filter the members, you have the obligation to ask for references, some products and/or autographs are fake, there is only cash payment and the worst tends to require it prior to shipment, so the price always runs risk that the seller never sends the product, you lose your money and yes, you get angry again…

Proper Soccer is a cordial, punctual and formal point where you can carry out purchase or sale transactions with the greatest transparency and no matter where you are in the world.

3. Why can I trust Proper Soccer?

First and foremost, Proper Socer is a community of collectors and NOT sellers. What does that have to do with anything? That we are part of the same community, we value the relationship with collectors before establishing a "business". For us it is more important to build a long-term relationship of trust and for this reason we try to provide the attention as we would like other collectors to treat us.

4. What guarantees does Proper Soccer offer me?

In Proper Soccer you have the guarantee that all the exhibited pieces are in our possession and therefore are ready to be sent to the destination that you indicate.
We also have various payment methods: bank transfer, credit card and PAYPAL.
You have the guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied after receiving your product, you can return it within 5 days of receipt and choose another product from our collection.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we partner with Fedex and DHL to be able to ship worldwide and at the most competitive cost. We have integrated an international shipping quote into the check out process so that the user knows the estimated cost of shipping either in the conventional method or next day.
If you are in Mexico, shipping is totally FREE, unless the part in question is in one of the international logistics centers in the USA or Italy.

7.Can I buy something from Proper Soccer through the Mercado Libre or Ebay payment schemes?

Yes! We also have virtual stores in Mercado Libre and on Ebay. You can select the piece of your interest and write to us by Whatsapp (+52 56 2071 5980) to send you the payment link. Due to the fact that transactions in Mercado Libre and Ebay entail additional commissions beyond our control, the price of the product will be higher than what we offer on our website.

8. I found out that there are special benefits for community members, how can I join?

That's right, collectors who register on the banner that appears on the website ( www.proper.soccer ) automatically receive a 10% discount coupon on any purchase. Registration is totally free!

Additionally, they receive promotions, interactions and advance notification of pieces that will be uploaded to the website.

Have you noticed that some pieces are published as "sold"?

it is because some registered collector found out about its arrival in advance and acquired it before it was published.

9. Do you have a physical store to be able to see all your collections?

Our main headquarters is south of Mexico City but we also have 3 alternate logistics headquarters in Monterrey, Houston and Savona.

Due to the pandemic that afflicts us, momentarily we DO NOT allow physical visits from any collector.

We are very sorry for this decision but we believe that your health and ours are the most important thing.

10. How can I sell my pieces to you?

Please send us photos of the pieces in question by Whatsapp (+52 56 2071 5980).

Make sure that the pieces are original, do not have significant damage (breaks, tears, burns) and that they are in your possession.

11. I have a piece that may be of value. Can Proper Soccer provide me with information or even help me sell it?

That's right, share some photographs of the piece and we will provide you with the information we have for free.

We can also help you to give it greater diffusion to sell it at the most competitive price.

12. I want to get a special piece. Can Proper Soccer help me?

Of course! Please send us a message with the characteristics of your order and the maximum search time. We will gladly search for it among our network of collectors for you.
